Radiotehnika launches RTM01 Amplifier

Radiotehnika RTM01

Radiotehnika has released the RTM01 integrated circuit. Measuring just 19.8 x 4.6 x 15.3 cm, it delivers up to 100 watts per channel (to 4 ohm speakers), with a decent 0.05% THD/noise and 95 dB signal-to-noise ratio. The RTM01 is ready to receive signals from music sources on analog and digital optical inputs. HDMI is also provided with the ARC function to combine the device into a system with a TV.

Among the outputs, in addition to the speaker cable terminals, an active subwoofer connection is provided – an audio system based on the RTM01 can be upgraded to a triphonic. Another headphone output is placed on the front panel. The built-in headphone amplifier outputs a signal with a swing of up to 960 mV – quite enough for most current models.

With all the possibilities of working with connected devices, the Radiotehnika RTM01 amplifier can be considered a self-sufficient device in the spirit of “just add speakers”. On board, a DAC with support for resolutions up to 24 bit / 192 kHz and a streamer with support for Airplay, DLNA, Spotiy Connect are provided. Access to many streaming services and Internet radio is opened – iHeartRadio, Napster, Qobuz, Tidal. Communication with the Network – via Wi-Fi or cable Ethernet. Bluetooth is not forgotten, and even with the aptX HD codec.

It is quite convenient to manage the novelty using the proprietary Audio System application, the complete remote control or the encoder on the front panel. You can customize the sound of the system by adjusting the treble and bass levels.
