The French company Revival Audio has introduced a new series of acoustic systems Revival Sprint , which includes two models – bookshelf monitors Sprint 3 and floor-standing speakers Sprint 4 .
Revival Sprint 3 bookshelf speakers are made in a two-way concept. The high-frequency range is handled by a 28mm soft-dome RASC tweeter with patented ARID (Internal Reflective Dome) technology, as well as a special rear chamber design capable of canceling over 95% of resonances.
The rest of the spectrum is served by a driver with a 7-inch cone made of BSC (Basalt Sandwich Construction) proprietary material. This innovative material combines rigidity with low weight and excellent damping properties. For bookshelf speakers Revival Sprint 3, the manufacturer offers branded speaker stands Revival Stand 3 as an option .
The Revival Sprint 4 2.5-way floorstanding speaker features the same tweeter as the bookshelf model. But there are two 7-inch speakers with BSC cones. One of them operates in the range below 2.2 kHz, and the second is 1.6 kHz.
Revival Audio Sprint Series speakers will be available from March 2023. Both models are designed and manufactured in France. The recommended retail price of the Revival Sprint 3 bookshelf monitors in Europe will be 990 euros , while the top floor model Revival Sprint 4 will cost 1,790 euros .
The optional Revival Audio Stand 3 bookshelf speaker stands will cost 399 euros .
